Here at Direct Table Foods we are committed to ensuring that all personnel performing work that affects product safety, legality and quality are trained prior to commencing work and are assessed as competent to carry out their duties.
Commencing with a fully documented, induction training package consisting of Health and Safety, Food Safety, HACCP, CCP’s Allergens and Company policies and procedures a hands on approach is then taken in conjunction with picture Work Instructions and Safe Working Procedures.
To assist Line Leaders in their progression from factory operative to a position of responsibility we have a site specific leadership programme.
Made up of eight modules the training provides a solid foundation for the development of the leadership skills required for the efficient running of a production line and non-discriminatory man management.
The middle Management team also complete a Management training programme consisting of eight modules. Strongly supported by the company’s 7 leadership values the bespoke course instils a consistent approach to management and has an overt influence on the culture of our company.
